Billing Parish Council

A great place to live, work and play...

With its origins dating back to 1894, Billing Parish encompasses four Wards; the ancient villages of Little and Great Billing, and the new communities of Ecton Brook and Bellinge (Middle Ward). The population of the Parish based on the census in 2011 was 8,457.

This website is designed to introduce you to the activites of the Council and the Councillors representing each Ward, and includes details of facilities and opportunities for entertainment and involvement in the community life of the Parish.

The Parish Council would like you to contribute to this site if you live in the Parish. You may have an involvement with the community – perhaps you help run a sports team, or an activity group. Your business may lie within the Parish and you may have something to offer the wider community. If so, please get in touch.

Both text and photographs can be published, and we would also welcome comments from visitors to the site, with suggestions for improvements or additional features.
